Life Story

Everything in the Full Story, plus:
- Up to 15 chapters
- Messages and voice notes from up to 30 people
- A version that plays by itself on a screen at a service or reception
- A QR code for a printed programme or card
A chapter is one distinct part of the experience.

- Anyone important to you, from you alone or a whole group: a partner, parent, friend, colleague, or a family honouring someone they love. For birthdays, anniversaries, convocations, Mother's and Father's Day, Valentine's, retirements and memorials.

- 50% to begin, 50% before we send your private link, by bank transfer. We only share account details in our own WhatsApp chat with you. Paying from abroad? Send naira with an app like LemFi or WorldRemit. The price is the same.
- When you'd get it
- Short Story or Full Story: usually 3 to 5 days. Life Story: usually 7 to 10 days. If it's for an event, tell us the date first.

- Multiple design directions, unlimited revisions, wedding invitations and physical products.
What you send
- Photos and videos. However many you have.
- Screenshots and messages. Chats, texts, anything you kept.
- Voice notes, or a few lines you write yourself.
- Their name, and who they are to you.
- Anything specific you want included. A date, a place, a joke only the two of you understand.
- Your thoughts. What you want them to feel, and anything you want us to say for you.
- Messages from other people, if you want them. They send them straight to us on WhatsApp.
We collect it all on WhatsApp, one question at a time, so you never have to write it all out at once.
Your material
What you send stays between us. We use it to build your experience and for nothing else.
We don't publish any part of it, no screenshots, no clips, nothing on Instagram, unless we ask you first and you say yes. That's a separate conversation, and no is a fine answer.
The finished link is private. Only you and the people you share it with have it, and we take it down whenever you ask.
Questions
What will they actually receive?
A private link. They open it on their phone or computer, like a website. There's nothing to download and no app.
Can they open it again later?
Yes, as often as they like. Every experience stays online for at least three years, and you can ask us to take it down whenever you want.
Who can see it?
Only people who have the link. It isn't listed anywhere and search engines can't find it.
What if I don't have many photos, or no videos?
That's fine. Voice notes, old messages and a few lines from you can carry a whole story. Every package takes whatever you have.
Can other people add their messages?
Yes. Share our WhatsApp number with them, or forward a message we write for you, and they send their voice notes, videos and words straight to us. We add each one with their name. The Full Story includes up to 10 people, and the Life Story up to 30.
Can it be shown at an event?
Yes. A Life Story comes with a version that plays by itself on a TV or projector, so nobody has to scroll, and a QR code for your printed programme so guests can open it on their phones.
I'm outside Nigeria. Can I order?
Yes. Everything happens on WhatsApp, so it makes no difference where you are. You pay the same price in naira, through an app like LemFi or WorldRemit.
Which package should I choose?
The Short Story suits one focused moment. The Full Story adds more chapters, messages from other people, a countdown and a sealed part only they can open. The Life Story is for a whole life or a big milestone, with messages from many people and a version for a screen at an event.
Can it be for someone who has passed away?
Yes. That's what the Life Story is for. Family and friends send their memories and voice notes, and we shape them into one story that can play at the service and stay online afterwards. We take particular care with these.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 5 days for a Short Story or Full Story, and 7 to 10 for a Life Story, once we have your material. If your date is close, tell us when you first message and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.
Can I make changes?
Yes. You get two rounds of changes after you see the first version.
Can you use a particular song?
Tell us the song and we'll use it as a reference for the mood. We only use music we're licensed to use, so we can't add commercial songs themselves.
What happens to my photos afterwards?
We delete the material you sent within 30 days of delivery. Only the finished experience stays online.
How do I pay?
Half by bank transfer to begin, half before we send the link. We only ever send account details in our own WhatsApp chat with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. What you get back depends on how far the work has gone. The Refunds page has the details.
